Take Love Teams

Get a group together from your school or youth group to form a Take Love Team and volunteer on the frontline of our work. There are opportunities all year round but places fill quickly!

Aged Care

Anglicare has over 44 aged care facilities where we are committed to supporting the older people of our generation. Take Love Teams that go into our aged care facilities might find themselves putting on musical performances, having one on one conversations with residents, decorating the facilities, or doing general maintenance.

Warehouse

Every year, tonnes of food and clothing is donated to Anglicare. These donations all end up at our Warehouse in Villawood to be sorted before being distributed through our Food and Financial Assistance programs and our Anglicare Shops. You can see how it all works! Volunteer at the Warehouse to go behind the scenes, meet the people who make it all happen and help sort the donations.

Hamper Packing

Anglicare’s Toys ‘n’ Tucker campaign runs every year. Food items and toys are collected from churches, schools and other organisations and packaged into hampers to be given to those in need at Christmas. Take Love Teams can come in to our warehouse at Villawood to pack the hampers and help sort through the toys to make sure kids receive a gift they will enjoy.

Register

Toys 'n' Tucker volunteering registration to open later in 2019.
